Hi, my name is Syreeta, and I founded The Brixton Candle Company (BCC).
Our Brixton-based brand sells eco-friendly, handmade, natural candles and soaps.
Creating these unique fragrances was my way of paying homage to the Brixton I grew up with from childhood. The BCC pays tribute to the courageous Windrush generation, which can be overlooked in the modern mist of gentrification and discrimination by focusing on the vibrant Caribbean culture of Brixton.
We donate a portion of every sale to the Moorfields Eye Hospital Charity, which helps raise awareness for blind and visually impaired people.
